Our services can:

  • Convert your records/tapes to audio CDs or Mp3 digital files
  • Significantly reduce or eliminate most annoying clicks and pops from records
  • Reduce or eliminate tape hiss from cassette and reel-to-reel tapes

How does it work?

  1. First you decide what albums and/or tapes you want us to convert.
  2. Then you contact us at (601) 833-8193 to arrange pickup/delivery of your albums/tapes. You can either bring them to us or we can pick them up for a modest $10 pickup fee, which also includes delivery of your finished CDs. Our pickup/delivery area includes Brookhaven, Hazlehurst, Crystal Springs, Monticello, McComb, Magnolia, Meadville and Bude. If you live beyond those areas, call us anyway and we'll try to work something out.
  3. Once we have your records/tapes, we'll carefully clean the records with special anti-static fluids. Tapes usually do not require any special preparation.
  4. We will digitally re-record the albums/tapes using our state-of-the-art equipment.
  5. Using our special software, we will process the digital tracks to eliminate clicks, pops, tape hiss, etc.
    Note: Although our process generally eliminates most unwanted noise, resulting in near-CD quality, we cannot guarantee that all noise will be totally removed. In the case of records that skip, we cannot make repairs.
  6. Once the digital conversion is complete we will create an audio CD of the finished music. If you prefer, we can provide the finished music in Mp3 format. We can also provide the finished music in both forms for a small additional fee (see below).
  7. Your records/tapes will be returned to you unharmed, along with the finished CDs.

How much does it cost?

  • Single LP or cassette to Audio CD - $10.00 each
  • Double LP or cassette to Audio CD - $15.00 each
    Note: Only up to 80 minutes total
  • 45s to Audio CD - $1.00 each
    Minimum of 10
  • Single LP or cassette to Mp3 format only - $8.00 each
    Minimum of 5 - Delivered on a single CD, maximum of 700MB
  • Add Mp3 format CD to Audio CD order - $5.00 each
    Note: We will place all of the Mp3 format digital music files on a single CD, maximum of 700 MB.
